Payment
Goods will not be sent before payment is received, and in the case
of cheques, cleared.
Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard),
Cheque, Postal Order or Direct Deposit, in Australian Dollars (AUD)
only.
Security
Craftfactory.com.au is not a secure site. Whilst we do all that we
can to ensure security, credit card details are sent at your own
risk.
If you would prefer to give us your credit card details over the
phone please enter a daytime telephone number on our order form
where we can contact you. Otherwise email or surface mail is
preferable.
Any names collected from our web site
will be kept for our own use only. It is our policy not to sell
any lists to a 3rd party. Names will be removed from our database
on request. Please read our privacy
statement.

Craftfactory.com.au reserve the right
to change the prices at any time.
All designs and patterns are subject to copyright. Any
unauthorised reproduction and/or copying are illegal and offenders
will be prosecuted.
Shipping
Our policy is to
process orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
We will charge you
the actual postage price (according to weight) plus $2.00 for
handling. Please contact us to confirm.
If you would prefer your order to be shipped via Express Post or
Registered Mail there will be an additional surcharge. Please
email us if you would like to select these postage options and we
will get back to you with the additional costs.
FREE POSTAGE anywhere in Australia if you spend over $150 (not
including postage or discounts).
Returns/Refunds
Please select your order carefully. We do not give refunds or
exchange if you change your mind. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the
goods. Returned goods must be in original condition and packaging,
the same way you received the product. No returns are accepted
without our prior authorisation. |
